Construction Update: Sunset Cape Tower Residences Rises Above Street Level

Q Signatures Island, Saturday 1227 pm- Global Jistrenin Developers & Architects team has proudly announced that its mega project,the Sunset Cape Towers has finally rised above street level.GJDA Site Manager & Project Owner,Noypi07 has announced that the main collumn of the tower has risen above ground level and underground parking garages have benn completed.Upon completion,Sunset Cape Tower will be the worls tallest 90C twist building overtaking the Turning Torso in Sweden.Sunset Cape Tower will have retail lots below its lobby and 77 stories of it will be used as penthouses and grand duplexes that could reach € 700.000 per unit and each room has a private elevator to transport residences to the lobby or upper levels.

Update: The Plot 4 Of Q Marina Island.

Hey there,Back again to preview an update,this time its a proposed project that is going on in the Q Marina Island.Plot 4 will be the home of United Island Territories tallest buildings and in the European Union.There are 5 new skyscrapers that are set to complete by 2010 or 2013 in UIT,they are known as the Waterview Heights,Vista Tower Residences,1 Marina Tower,Bridgetower Residences and Sunset Cape Tower.All of them are gonna be above 300 meters tall and they are gonna be the tallest buildings in UIT when completed.
