Construction Update: 2 Newly Completed Marina Condos At Plot 1 Date: 29th July 2008 Current Temp: 7C Q Island Marina Data: 22% Complete Q Signatures Island:,Thursday 0129 am- Lehmann Brothers Construction has announced their newly completed condominiums this week,The Summers Paradise Condominium and the Lanskapen Waterfront Condominium.Both of these condominiums topped-out around 1.24 am in the morning and its the first project for the firm to complete in this man made marina island.Lehmann Brothers Construction Inc. stated that this two units of condominiums were sold out on the first groundbreaking day and many buyers can move in to their new duplexes and penthouses. Construction Update: Global Jistrenin Investments Begins Construction At Plot 4 Date: 24th July 2008 Current Temp: 4C Q Island Marina Data: 19% Complete Q Signatures Island,Saturday 1723 pm- Global Jistrenin Investment Corp. begin their construction progress on their newly owned skyscraper,Sunset Cape Tower.The construction of the Sunset Cape Tower takes place at lot 2 of plot 4.President and Site Architect,Mr.Noypi claims that construction progress has started and the tower might reach street level in 11 months time.The works on the towers foundation is nearing completion and groundbreaking is completed. Hey there,Back again to preview an update,this time its a proposed project that is going on in the Q Marina Island.Plot 4 will be the home of United Island Territories tallest buildings and in the European Union.There are 5 new skyscrapers that are set to complete by 2010 or 2013 in UIT,they are known as the Waterview Heights,Vista Tower Residences,1 Marina Tower,Bridgetower Residences and Sunset Cape Tower.All of them are gonna be above 300 meters tall and they are gonna be the tallest buildings in UIT when completed. The goverment of UIT has privatised these 5 building for developers to take over and proceed in building these skyscrapers.Now i will preview you all the next 5 tallest buildings in UIT. Hello,Since UIT has overcome the massive inflation rates few months back and the economy in UIT is improving,many stalled and proposed projects are being approved and resuming construction.Among the biggest stalled projects were the Q Marina City.The project is UIT's answer to Dubai's Marina and the Marina Del Ray in California.It is targeted to be the biggest marina in Europe.After the economy crisis and the local currency inflation in UIT,the project resumed and upon completion,it will be the world's 3rd biggest man-made marina. Monday 0147 am- Thunderstorms were forecast all over the cities and states of UIT.In Berlina,the famous Fernsehturm spire has been damaged by a lightning strike during that incident.The top of the spire caught fire shortly after the strike but the flames died off due to the strong winds and heavy downpour.In addition,television and radio signals were disrupted around the Berlina-Zenhofsviertel area.Efforts began to repair the spire,which would prove to be a long and expensive task and final calculations count that the spire must be repaired at a cost of € 780 000.
