Construction Update: 50 Stories of the Torch Tower Completed At Plot 11

Q Signatures Island, Wednesday 0955 am- The Torch Tower Residences developer and UIT's Real Estate Tycoon,Sidhar Real Estate Corporation,has officially announced that the Torch has reached its mid level construction,and planned to be completed by Q1 of 2010.The Torch is among the 5 supertalls that is currently under construction with the 5 towers which is still at ground level in plot 1,but the Torch is among the rapid ones progressing to be completed within the 2010 timeframe.The Torch will have 80 floors containing 505 apartments with 128 1-bedroom,128 2-bedroom,68 3-bedroom,and 4 duplex apartment suites.When completed,it will be the tallest building in United Islands Of Territories by overtaking the Zensvil Central Bank Tower at Zenhovsviertel City eventhough its title wont be held for long,upon completion of the 1 Marina Tower it will be the next tallest building In UIT and the European Union.

Update: The Plot 4 Of Q Marina Island.

Hey there,Back again to preview an update,this time its a proposed project that is going on in the Q Marina Island.Plot 4 will be the home of United Island Territories tallest buildings and in the European Union.There are 5 new skyscrapers that are set to complete by 2010 or 2013 in UIT,they are known as the Waterview Heights,Vista Tower Residences,1 Marina Tower,Bridgetower Residences and Sunset Cape Tower.All of them are gonna be above 300 meters tall and they are gonna be the tallest buildings in UIT when completed. The goverment of UIT has privatised these 5 building for developers to take over and proceed in building these skyscrapers.Now i will preview you all the next 5 tallest buildings in UIT.
